Registration is now open for the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS)’s “Colloquium on Clinical Care of Dancers.” This one-day, pre-conference continuing education event is for anyone interested in clinical care of dancers and will be held on October 8, 2015 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Expert dance medicine and science speakers will present multidisciplinary information on models for providing medical care to dancers, case studies, and up-to-date “hot topic” information from the fields of physical therapy, medicine, athletic training, and sports psychology.

Current recommendations for dance wellness screens, including research applicability, will also be featured. The Colloquium is CME approved for physicians and BOC approved for ATs. It has been submitted for Pennsylvania PT CEU approval and has been approved for 5.5 Ohio PT CEUs; documentation is available to PTs in other U.S. states who wish to submit for CEU approval.
