ShareHello: great stretch! I do think it would be safer if instead of an anterior pelvic tilt, the core should be activated, keeping the pelvis in neutral with the sternum lifting up. This will keep the patient from hyperextending the lumbar spine instead of getting extension in the thoracic spine, which would open the front of the chest without straining the low back.
